MBW Wild Lettuce Herbal Tincture

This organic wild lettuce (*Lactuca virosa*) was grown and harvested in the UK.  Wild lettuce is used as a natural remedy to promote relaxation and help with sleep issues. It can also be used to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, pain and stress. Historically, it has been used to help with respiratory issues, such as coughs and asthma, due to its purported antitussive (cough-suppressing) properties.

It may also support digestive health, as it can help with issues like indigestion and bloating. Like many plants, wild lettuce contains antioxidants, which can help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Use caution if taking other medications.

Do not take it while driving or operating machinery. It contains lactucopicrin and lactucin, which can have analgesic effects.
