You are so knowledgeable! I'm looking forward to more special days out next year. I have always felt so welcomed, and you always make it such a fun and interesting experience. The handouts you provide at each event are gratefully received; they’re so detailed and full of information. I appreciate that you keep the groups to a minimum, so it never feels overcrowded.

  • Very enjoyable day, felt anxious at first because I was out of my comfort zone. Mayan made me feel very relaxed as she does, and very welcome, as did the rest of the lovely group. I asked lots of questions which Mayan was faultless in her answers. The knowledge she gave on everything you can and cannot eat while foraging is mind blowing. Mayan made nettle soup for our lunch and being a carnivore, this is something I would not normally eat but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Was nice to be included and do something different and to top it all off it was a beautiful sunny day. Thank you Mayan and the rest of the group. I am looking forward to another day out.     Mayan's Papaya & Sea Buckthorn face cream is a miracle for my skin. I have been using it daily for 2 weeks and my face has never been so clear and hydrated. I have a combination skin and I find it hard to source natural products that don’t make my skin shiny or cause breakouts and do not contain nasty additives and chemicals.   • "Mayan’s foraging workshops are amazing. I was fortunate to join a couple last year and I'm looking forward to this year's programme. It's evident from the outset that Mayan has a passion for nature and a love of sharing. With such an abundance of knowledge, I came away feeling blessed with so many ideas and a drive to get out and explore more.

    It was great to come away with some homemade produce from our collective forage, and the fact sheet Mayan produced was a really useful, well-presented keepsake from the event. There were so many great moments, and everyone felt encouraged to get involved—though there was never any pressure.
